Waste of time

Called the seller a few times asking about the car I wanted. Requested a video of the car running and the condition of the interior through video form. Upon waiting for over 30mins for the video, there was nothing, so I called again and got a video where the dealer quickly flashed the interior and started the car. It was no use to me at all and he didint send me what I requested. Despite that, I arranged a viewing at 12pm. On the day, I called again just to let him know I was leaving, he said the car wont be ready and the best he can do 12:30. It was a 2 hour drive for me and I had already set off. When I arrived, I started inspecting the car and found that the rear doors didint open from the outside, he said its only the child locks, which we adjusted and the door still would not open. Later, when looking under the bonnet we found that the latch was faulty and it wouldn't shut. The dealers kept on smashing it down in an attempt to shut it with no luck. Probably the worst customer service I have ever seen and a huge waste of time, description of the car said it was in good condition with everything working, also that it was fully inspected and ready for customers. Not sure how they missed the bonnet latch and the doors on their inspection...

Avoid! At all costs. I bought a car on 15th October. I have paid £2500 for BMW series 1 2007 from MZ Motor Sales Ossett / now called MS motors Yorkshire ltd.I got a car delivered to me and dropped to my address without any handover and posted piece of paperwork with one key through letter box. Straight away after close check I have discovered many problems with a car and following day I have decided to have car inspection from independent garage after which they confirmed that the car has so many issues.Also the dealer didn't deliver on promise what they said and what they stated in description on autotrader website.The issues with the car are as follows:- Central locking does not open/lock drivers door.- vibration coming from engine/gearbox (suspect flywheel )- parking brake needs adjusting- driver front side light not working- passenger rear tyre has nail/screw - exhaust clamp not holding exhaust in place- plus number plate light not as bright but working and coolant consist of water only.No MOT, service, valet or anything done with a car as promised and initially communicated with dealer. Just delivered a dirty car full of problems that is dangerous to drive.They ignored any shape of communication from my side and didn't respond to my messages or calls. They didn't respond to any messages left for them and didn't accept refund or return in any shape. Thank you for your negative experience MZ!

Dealer didn't show up.

Arranged to come for a test drive. I arrived to find nobody there. Called again, and he said he'd come but it would take an hour. Didn't come. An hour and a half later i called again again and he basically said he wasn't coming.

bought a car off them, 1 week later problems started coming up- nobody's responding or picking up calls, even though they are promising 12 months warranty. nobody even botheres trying to fix it. i hope somebody is going to help eventually!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Worst experience ever and very expensive!!Dealer assured us car was immaculate, no marks inside or outside. They sent a video which was very carefully staged in hindsight.Car was delivered. Documents thrown at us in a plastic wallet. No walk round, driver left in a hurry - we now know why!On delivery the car had a smashed front grill, broken seatbelt, egg on a tyre,tyre pressure light on, tyre sensor light on, broken fuse cover, two holes in the dash, a scratch and dent on one side, rust on the other and drivers door dropped.Immediately rang garage, full of promises they would pay for repairs. WITHIN 50 MILES THE CLITCH FAILED. Dealer said he would pay for a clutch then said warranty would pay which they haven’t then dealer said he would pay half,NO PAYMENT RECEIVED AND IGNORING ALL COMMUNICATION. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND YOU BUY FROM THEM. We are not the only customers to post a review like this. This garage now trades as Midway as well and he hides behind the phone number stating he needs to speak to the boss! He also states he cannot deal with matters as he is abroad (same number)We have rejected the car within 30 days and still no communication. I had to give one star - if there was an option for no stars I would have given that!!

Beware no customer service and address incorrect.

My experience with this company is negative and beware. Called to arrange a viewing of a car and on querying the location address given was told that is correct. Turns out that address does not exist as a car showroom or compound. Rang several times again and left voicemail messages and sent an email enquiry to which I have had no responses after several days. Good luck if you need to contact them if you should have a problem. There is no customer service. My experience says do not touch this company. No doubt this review will disappear. Unfortunately I cannot leave a Nil stars.

Insignia hatch 14 reg grey. Description said stunning condition in and out which could not be further from the truth and reality of what was found on inspection wasted trip from grantham based on totally false claims on condition and faults issues with car. Offered lower price discount but way to much issues to be worth the hassel . Walked away one to avoid for sure when adverts are nothing like the reality and knowing someone traveling at expense only to find wasted. Do hope for others sake they are more honest with their totally misleading descriptions in future.

Absolutely shocking experience! We went to view a Ford Kuga and called before we went to view it, we got there and the car was right at the back and we couldn’t really get in to see it, we asked the to have a look at one that was pulled out the lad said yes and 10 mins later we was still stood waiting for him to come out with the key I went in to see what was happening and he was sat on his phone like he had forgot. We finally got to see the car and agreed on a price it got dropped off the same night and was told everything was ok and service history was in the glove box, I later checked the service history wasn’t in the glove box so I contacted them they said they would send it out recorded delivery I’m still waiting 5 wk later. The car is rattling and no service history and a 4 months MOT left. This car was advertised with full service history and 12 months MOT and finding it difficult to get threw to anyone and the person we do speak to isn’t the one who sold it so he acts stupid and doesn’t have a clue. Still waiting for email to invoice for the car fixing, MOT & service.
