Purchased an Audi a3 off Harris at Merlin motorway , was a very great experience from start to finish when I got there the car was exactly how described and salesman was really polite and push free . Everything went smooth . 2 months in the alternator had failed so I rang them up and they were happy to pay for a new one to be fitted which was really kind of them . The after care is spot on too really appreciate you guys

Was in the market for a bmw m140i and really liked the look of the one these guys had in . Spoke to the man on the phone was really polite and patient with me . Left a deposit and upon collection I was really looked after and was ensured I was happy with the car before going ahead while completing the paperwork in the office with Harris the car was being washed for me . They have a good team there and I’ll be back for my next one

Exchanged and bought a Ford Kuga for my citroen berlingo. Got £300 back, part exchanged got my money for my tyres back. Paid the difference. Ford Kuga price £2650, paid £2350 for a SUV 2 litre Ford Kuga, immaculate condition totally surprised basically, 2012 model, 2 owners. To me this garage does not buy rubbish but more brand new vehicles and are very honest in the purchase of my new Ford again looks immaculate as was tested by Merlin Motors drives immaculate interior immaculate functions all electronic, just have to get used to the vehicle. Drivers seat and passenger seat immaculate, the whole car to bottom of car immaculate. They are worth 5 stars, happy customer and a pleasure driving my new Ford as in immaculate condition tested by Merlin Motors.
